Good and current focus on the importance of breaking down the silos and getting innovative solutions working inside your company. The examples around social media including Facebook and Twitter are good and current. Like many “management” books though, I think the content could have been done in about half the pages. The second half of the book starts to get a bit repetitious. It is however a good wake up call to senior services execs who need to understand where social support plays in the support models.
